Our client is a highly regarded investment orientated Financial Services firm which is looking to recruit a T&C Supervisor to join their existing team to work closely with the business to ensure compliance with the company's T&C scheme whilst providing proactivesupport and guidance.

With particular focus on investment business, this will be a hands on role working with experienced advisors; you will undertake 1-2-1 meetings; conduct assessments; produce and monitor KPIs whilst addressing any issues; check on suitability of advice andwork with the business to find compliant solutions whilst looking to add value.

This is a challenging opportunity where you will be expected to interact fully with the advisers to the benefit of both the advisers and business quality.

In addition to your in-depth technical knowledge (at least level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning qualified)and previous T&C experience within either Stockbroking or the Life & Pensions sector (preferably with an investment bias), you will need to possess a professional and enthusiastic manner and have the ability to influence and coach to an exceptional standard.
