The role

Rubbish remover (voids clearance operative)

To undertake clearances of empty properties and deliver materials to site across the Council's housing stock and buildings across Redditch Borough
.

Key Requirements

Material delivery to site, waste collections, assisting trades to deliver repairs and maintenance to council stock.
Hold a full uk driving license to include C1 and C1E
Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of professionalism at all times

- work on various general maintenance/ labouring tasks as required

Skills & experience

Hold a full uk driving license to include C1 and C1E
Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills while being adaptable to work requirements.
Ability to perform physical tasks and operate basic tools and equipment.
Good communication and customer service skills
Previous experience in construction or property maintenance related fields.
