Projects Co-ordinator| Hemel Hempstead | £26,000 | Social Housing
- One of UK's leading Property Maintenance companies are currently looking to recruit a Projects Coordinator to work at one of their Social Housing contracts based in Hemel.
- To provide an effective and efficient administration service and to support the work of the Scheduling, Voids and Operational teams. To liaise with client and tenants and attend meetings as required.
ACCOUNTABILITIES (Main tasks / responsibilities).
- Being a point of contact for the client and customers, promoting good working relationships with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders
- Supporting the operational teams to ensure that works are managed in accordance with contract requirements.
- Liaising with the Scheduling Team to allocate the Operatives to work.
- Ensuring prompt resolution of queries and complaints, so that commercial targets are met
- Putting safety and health at the heart of decision making, asking, listening and responding, creating an environment where ideas are freely expressed, and lessons learnt without fear of recrimination.
- Monitor overdue works against contract requirements and KPI's / SLA's
- Produce performance reports.
- Retrieve and input data into IT (internal & external)
- Develop lines of communication with client & customer needs
- Promote and develop best practice.
- Maintain a very high and professional relationship with client and colleagues.
- Cover scheduler's as required.
Qualifications/key experience
- Excellent IT Skills, Microsoft office (essential)
- Good communication interpersonal confidence at all levels
- Customer/Client facing experience
