Salary:
£28,000**:

- **£32,000 per annum plus commission

Job type:
Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week

Days:5 days out of 7 across Monday - Sunday

Location:
London

Residential Living Recruitment are exclusively working with a Built To Rent operator who are seeking a Leasing Associate. Our Client provides stylish apartments within London.

About You
The Leasing Association role requires someone who is driven to succeed and achieve sales targets. You will need to have excellent communication skills to be able to deal with a diverse range of people.

Duties and responsibilities

Contact and qualify new customer enquiries, register their rental requirements, match their requirements to the appropriate apartment and book viewing tours
Work with the team to meet the business plan lease up goals
Tour potential customers around different developments
Negotiate appropriately and close potential customers to live within the Apartments
Promote and sell additional revenue generating services such as parking, storage facilities, lounge hire etc
To ensure the software system is up to date and accurate at all times;
Ensure documentation and initial payments are accurate and compliant;
Support and set up leasing open days
Build strong and enduring relationships, both internally and externally;
