This is an outstanding opportunity to work within a global, industry leading business. Our client are seeking an Accounts Assistant focusing on payments of invoices and expenses through the Purchase Ledger.Salary:
£28,000 to £32,000

Hybrid, City of London
Job Description:
- Managing Supplier Accounts.
- Ensuring documentation related to payment of invoices is accurately.
- Reconciling supplier statements.
- Ensuring coding on invoices is correct.
- Liaising with creditors and answering queries regarding outstanding invoices.
- Tracking and managing meter readings.
- Processing payment runs.
- Supporting Accounts Payable Manager, Finance Controller and Finance Director.
- Ambitious, looking to progress and develop within a business.
- Motivated, with a 'can do' and positive approach.
- IT literate possesses sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent organisational abilities.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively to generate solutions and complete a wide range of tasks.
