You'll broaden your expertise in supporting our strategy in Europe and evolving strategies in emerging markets globally. This is a contract opportunity with the potential to convert to full-time.


Responsibilities


Reporting to the Director, Global Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing, you will help execute strategies designed to communicate "Why Syneos Health" to talent from the life sciences industry.

You will bring new ideas and tactics to the forefront to attract and retain the best of the best.


You'll make an impact by:


  • Executing global Syneos Health employer branding strategies to attract and retain talent through highquality, authentic storytelling
  • Copywriting, creating visual design concepts and executions, and editing videos for recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Social media content creation
  • Implementing organic and paid advertising campaigns
  • Ensuring employer brand consistency across digital and social properties
  • Liaising with Global Corporate Communications and Marketing to adhere to corporate brand standards
  • Managing vendor relationships for designated partners
  • Staying abreast of Employment Branding and Recruitment Marketing trends

Job Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment marketing. Recruitment advertising agency or RPO experience a plus
  • Working knowledge of content management systems for website site development
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work in matrix environment and a part of global team
  • Fluent English is necessary and additional European languages beneficial
