Description

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of healthcare professionals
Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients
Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
Assist in transferring patients to and from beds, wheelchairs, or stretchers
Help patients with mobility and exercise routines
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Collect specimens for laboratory testing
Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
Assist in the implementation of patient care plans

Experience:

Previous experience as a healthcare assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures is a plus not mandatory.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients

£8.00-£12.00 per hour
