Job Introduction

We have an exciting opening for a Floor Concierge (Lounge Concierge) to join our team in the heart of the City of London.
You will be part of the Rapport team, based at our client's beautiful offices near Bank Station.


This a full time role, Monday to Thursday, 40 hours per week, 10 hour shift within the service hours of Overtime may be required on occasion.

Main Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet all clients visiting the Business Lounge, creating a warm, welcoming and professional environment, delivering an outstanding, personalized experience for every guest.
  • Assist the clients with any IT, connection issues they encounter
  • Take ownership and responsibility, ensuring that all areas of the space are maintained to the highest level, in line with the written standards, reporting any areas of concern or risk to the relevant department
  • Calmly and effectively respond to last minute requests and changes
  • Book and ensure timely delivery of portable equipment, hospitality and other services to relevant spaces
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with team members, service providers, hosts and clients. Provide a seamless link between individuals with the right environment / member of the team
  • It is a very 'hands on' and proactive role and requires a character that actively seeks opportunities to improve efficiencies and enhance the overall business
  • I am an upbeat teamplayer with integrity and a cando attitude.
  • Demonstrate an interest in and understanding of Digital Technologies and be able to assist as required
  • Have an outgoing and highly energetic personality, someone who easily builds rapport with other people
  • Be passionate about delivering great service and going the extra mile
  • Display excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Have the ability to work as a part of a team and great communication skills
  • Be flexible, and taking initiative and attention to detail are key
