Actuarial Analyst - Student to NNQ - Modelling/Reporting

Location:
Home working

Duration: 6 months + extensions (long running project)

Rate:
£400 - £600 per day outside IR35.

Start:
ASAP - ideally within 1 month of offer.

Company client is representing a leading Life insurance company who are looking for an Actuarial Analyst to join an exciting project on a day-rate contract basis.

The hiring managers are looking for applicants with actuarial experience (qualification not required), multi-faceted skill sets who can support with End to End processes.

This is a hands on technical role.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will vary but will include running the Models (no specific modelling software experience needed), supporting with Manuals, proxy model, update assumptions, process improvement etc.

Required experience:

Life Actuarial experience ideally with broad experience across reporting, modelling and systems.
Experience working with Actuarial modelling software such as MG-ALFA, RAFM, Prophet.
Ideally experience working on End-End process.
Strong knowledge of Excel
Ability to work independently
