Responsibilities

Qualifications:

SW, CQSQ and CSS

Experience

BAAF assessment experience is necessary.
2 years post qualifying experience of social work practice with children and families.

Skills:

To be able to work independently and manage the requirements of the BAAF Form F assessment.
The ability to communicate effectively with applicants, their families and other relevant persons involved in the assessment process.
To communicate effectively and promote good working relationships with agency staff, professionals and the prospective foster carers.
To have good assessment and report writing skills consistent with statutory requirements and agency expectations and procedures.
