Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking a Team Manager

  • Children's Assessment Team for Lambeth Council.

You will need to be:


  • SWE registered
  • Eligible to work in the UK
Team Manager for a busy assessment team supervising six SWs and an advanced practitioner.

As a Team Manager in the Child Assessment Service, you will be responsible for 6 social workers and an advanced practitioner who are working to ensure that those childrenand families referred to Lambeth are receiving an exceptional service.

You will be working in a fast-paced service with great support from your manager and peers.

You will be accountable for the performance of your team, and we have high expectations, butyou will also have real autonomy to make the changes you see fit.

A creative problem-solver, your can-do approach and commitment to quality will inspire your team to achieve excellence.

You will be a team player, dynamic and able to demonstrate initiativeas this role involves timescales, managing complex and high-risk cases, providing high-quality reflective supervision to staff and close working with other service areas and partners.

You will need exceptional interpersonal and risk management skills, strongdata analysis skills to be able to identify issues, address them and be able to successfully develop working relationships with partners to achieve effective and excellent multi-agency working.
