The EASO will support the Asst Head and Head Teacher of the Virtual School to support improved educational outcomes for our vulnerable children and young people.

The EASO will use their skills and knowledge to identify issues, provide advice and use solution-focused approaches to overcome challenges faced by our young people that can impact on their education, achievement and progress.

The role requires the specific experience and skills as outlined in the Job Description and Personal Specification.
