Senior Client Services Executive

  • Bath
  • Hybrid (2 days work from home)


  • Monday

  • Friday 37.5 hours per week
- £24,000 - £30,000 p/a - depending on experience

Are you a self-motivated individual with experience in financial services?

Our client is a successful wealth management company based in the heart of Bath, and we're excited to be recruiting for a Senior Client Services Executive to join their friendly customer service team


You will be supporting clients with a range of complex queries and requests as well as completing all related administrative duties.

Duties will include:


  • Acting as first point of contact for clients and assisting with their queries
  • Providing high standards of administrative support
  • Accurately inputting and updating client details
  • Ensuring all FCA regulations are adhered to
  • Raising any areas for concern with management
  • Working with the team to ensure all tasks are completed within set SLAs
  • Managing risk by informing management of any incidents, 'near misses' or exposures to company risk profile

Required skills and experience:


  • Experience with Wrap platforms and Self Invested Personal Pensions is essential
  • Previous experience in a similar financial services role is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong IT and data processing skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift


  • Monday
to Friday


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bath: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
