£25,000 - £27,500 - test pieces - successful completion. / Laboratory - qualify to weld aircraft parts.

The role
As an Aircraft Welder, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. Providing support on jobs that require fabrication or welding on base.

Day to day,

Stringently adhering to Health & Safety practices and processes.
Manage tool control in accordance with MAM-P Chapter and to maintain good husbandry within their area.
Submit six monthly test pieces in accordance with DAP 119G to prove their ability to weld Aircraft and critical GSE parts.

- working with others and dealing with customers which may require design elements and technical advice and follow the companies' guiding principles.

Essential experience of the Aircraft Welder

Experience in welding and preferably aircraft welding.
Background in military / aviation
This role is full time and is based on site at RAF Valley
