Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced credit collector, looking for their next career move, to join our international team within a busy new project division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise and communicate with a large variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Be the 'goto person' within the (small) team for operational questions
- Allocate credits in consultation with Cash Allocation team, project managers and customers
- Proactively work towards achieving KPIs and contribute to process improvement
- Be actively involved in or drive projects, including department or crossfunctional projects
- Various ad hoc or additional responsibilities or tasks may be assigned from time to time by Team Leader
- Some deputising for Team Leader during holiday/absence
Skills & Qualifications:
- Educated to higher / standard grade level
- Good communication skills and judgement, tact and diplomacy
- A high level of proactivity to contact customers about payments
- Prioritisation and organisation skills and ability to keep a cool head in a fastpaced environment
- Previous experience in credit collection or credit control
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent digital literacy and technical skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Project management skills would be advantageous (PPI, PRINCE2, Six Sigma, or experience)
- Some supervisory experience may be of benefit
- Ability to commute to our offices in Paisley
