Amour Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading global supplier of Industrial Automation parts, based near Bridgend, who are looking to grow their Sales function and expand into additional European markets.

This is a fantastic opportunity forsomeone with business to business sales experience to join an innovative, people-focused organisation where your success is pivotal to the success and growth of the company.


As an experienced sales professional you will be responsible for all aspects of generating new business, from developing a strategy for lead generation to day to day account management.


The Role:


  • Hitting the phones Calling new and dormant customers to create new enquiries and start growing your account base
  • Qualification of web enquiries in a timely manner to exceed expectations
  • Maximising sales opportunities to ensure you are smashing daily, weekly and monthly targets
  • Confidently build relationships with key decision makers with the aim of becoming a key part of their supply chain
  • Negotiating payment terms, supplier choices and competitive pricing strategies
  • Establish a portfolio of repeat customers that matches the company service offering
  • Winning and growing your business base with the aim of promotion to Key Account Manager

The Person:


  • Exceptional communication skills in all forms, written and verbal
  • French speaking (native preferred) is essential for this role
  • IT Literate and experience using CRMs


  • Sales experience

  • Ideally telephone based and B2B
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Positive attitude with a winning mentality
  • Adaptable with a respectful approach to colleagues


This role is office based, with hours of work being Mon-Fri between 0800 & 1700 (early finish on a Friday).

The salary being offered is between £24,000 & £32,000 dependent upon experience with realistic first year OTE of £30,000 - £38,000.
