Personal Injury Fee Earners Litigators Hybrid

Near St Helens, Lancashire

Salary to £26-33,000 negotiable basic,bonus, free parking, health plan, sponsored development, gym membership, life insurance continued personal development etc.

H ours 9am -5pm Monday to Friday possibility of flexible working hours mainly working from home.
Fee Earners Litigators, Personal Injury now required.

This is an established legal firm join an experienced team a modern thinking firm of Solicitors, excellent opportunities available to join this very progressive practice, with an excellent benefit package.

Personal Injury Fee Earners and Litigators
Effectively manage own case load with valid file handling experience and litigation experience.

Investigate limitation, liability, causation and assess quantum

Advise clients and take initial instructions from them ability to vet a claim at initial stages.

Access funding requirements.

Draft court documents where appropriate

Evidence gathering and negotiation work

Court proceedings/compliance with pre-issue protocols

Comply with office procedures

Weekly reports to Team Manager

Training new staff entering the department when required

IT skills, good organisational and planning skills.

Good telephone manner and ability to communicate effectively.

ILEX exams preferred.
