About the Role


As our Hire Controller you will provide full support in all areas of internal sales, including customer service, hire transactions and support our national network of depots.

**Key Responsibilities

  • You will be working closely with all members of the companies national Sales Team to achieve predetermined business objectives.
  • We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer service orientated individual who has tool or hire experience where possible.
**What we're looking for

  • Demonstrable customer service experience in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to manage own workloads and to prioritise daily activities
  • Confident telephone manner and good IT / keyboard skills
  • Willingness to learn the technical aspects of our range of tools and work in a team environment towards specific goals
