Green Room Assistant - Good Morning Britain

12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Studio Based, London

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Good Morning Britain team as our Green Room Assistant for ITV Breakfast.

You will be kept busy preparing for the arrival of presenters, guests and contributors by ensuring they are looked after and prepared for the programme.

You will also work closely with the Green Room Host, production teams, assist across all planned showbiz and news guests to ensure the guest requirements are met and riders are fully prepared.

You will order resources, assist with travel bookings and getting waivers completed, and refresh hospitality according to dietary requirements.

Phone calls are an essential aspect of this role therefore you must have an organised and systematic approach along with an excellent telephone manner.

This will be an office based role after the programme where you will support the Green Room Host, ensuring that the correct paperwork is filled out therefore experience of data entry and working with Silvermouse and post production paperwork is beneficial.

With strong interpersonal skills you will be highly organised, self-motivated and confident in your approach. Ideally, you will have experience working in a live TV environment, however this is not essential.

Salary:
£25,000
