Pertemps Crawley are working with a leading provider of turnkey projects within the electrical industry, looking for a personable, calm and detail-focused
Project Co-Ordinatorto join their team in an exciting time of growth and manage energy efficient projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed within timeframe and budget.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee installation projects, being point of contact from start through to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Conduct site surveys, as and when required
  • Regular visits to client sites and prestart and handover meetings, ensuring that client is kept uptodate and satisfied throughout project
  • Maximise profitability by challenging costs, reviewing working patterns and helping to ensure installation staff are motivated and efficiently utilised
  • Ensure that teams are working to current Health & Safety legislations and abide by the rules laid out in the Company's Health & Safety policy
  • Manage project documentation, including RAMS, O+Ms, survey sheets and product specifications
  • Deal with customer service enquiries and
  • Ensure snagging is resolved on a timely, logical and costeffective basis
  • Oversee labour teams and ensure KPIs are being met
  • Produce progress and profitability reports to management team
  • Ensure that the project planner is kept up to date and that the engineers' time is optimised

  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Solutionsfocused
  • Good attention to detail whilst retaining a clear view of the objective
  • Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Project
  • Able to effectively work with others and lead by example
  • Selfmotivated and enthusiastic team player
  • Calm under pressure
  • Comfortable working away from home when required
  • Full, valid UK Driving License
