Join us as a Senior Compliance Officer and be a part of the full life cycle of Compliance and 2nd Line of Defense Risk Management.

In this role, you will ensure that the business complies with all local regulatory & legal requirements, Group Policies & Procedures and finance industry best practice.

You will also undertake financial crime reviews, act as a nominated officer and assist the MLRO & MLCO.

We are looking for someone who is an excellent problem-solver, being able to use good judgement and deliver on time with a high level of attention to detail and quality standards.

- A proven knowledge of the Guernsey Financial Services "Handbook on Countering Financial Crime and Terrorism

  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements applicable to the fiduciary business in Guernsey.
  • Ability to produce accurate work whilst working to short deadlines and ambitious objectives Solid background of compliance, regulatory knowledge and financial crime
