OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR
Due to continued growth we are looking to recruit an Operations Administrator to join our Operations Team.
This is a fast-paced environment and you will be responsible for providing a hands-on approach with comprehensive support and administration to the department ensuring all tasks are completed effectively, efficiently and on time and in accordance with legislation and company policies.
Responsible for interfacing between every area of both our pallet and parcel networks to ensure efficient and effective use of all available resources, offering a first-class service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities will be to:

- Respond to reception as and when someone arrives.
- Check off customer collections, ensuring they have been collected and charged accordingly.
- Driver schedule monitoring to include times and route adherence
- Respond to return notifications in a timely manner and notify customers of the return
- Dealing with customers, depots, and drivers over the telephone
- Debrief drivers at the end of their shift
- Fuel Receipts
- Delivery Depot POD Requests.
- Scanning POD's onto internal userface.
- Clearing outstanding POD's before EOD.
- Filing EOD Paperwork.
- Restocking Driver Pack Stationery
- Assist in providing an effective customer collection service for customers who choose to collect parcels from the depot reception.
- Liaise and maintain clear lines of communication with all internal departments to facilitate understanding and transparency of operations.
Saturday on a Rota Basis
