Shared Ownership Sales Consultant's Main responsibilities:

  • The point of contact for all clients
  • Liaise with individual's across departments
  • Demonstrate a great deal of product knowledge
  • Able to complete the administrative duties that come with the sales process
  • Build relationships with Clientele
  • Manage and check all documents required to ensure consumer code compliance
  • Handle sales progression, chasing legal procedures
