We have an opportunity to join a highly acquisitive group that on the back of recent successful acquisitions is recruiting for a Financial Controller.

The strategy of the group is to continue to grow so you can expect the landscape of the business to forever evolve, if you are looking to cut your teeth within the Private Equity arena this will present lots of exposure to senior figures across the businessand investors.

On hand you'll be working with a highly experienced CFO with a wealth of experience in mergers & acquisitions, it's expected as well as running the day to day operations you will be involved in system integrations, recruitment and group expansion.

As Financial Controller you will:

Be responsible for leading a team of
Overseeing the management and financial accounts production
Preparation of consolidated accounts
Management of the yearend and audit processes
Cashflow forecasting and management of an assetbased lending facility
Assisting with a systems implementation project
Be part of the senior leadership team and contribute to strategy and day to day running of the business

To be considered for this great opportunity you will be a technically strong qualified accountant with:

Experience of acquisitions and systems integrations projects
Previous experience of leading a finance team
