The Job you'll do;
- Conduct internal audits within all departments.
- Advise & monitor corrective actions from audits.
- To assist in the handling of nonconformances both internal and external, including
- Participate in interdepartmental meetings & discussions aimed at improving quality performance in the company
- Inspect materials for defects using methods such as measurement and visual examination, including not only looking with the eye but with lenses/microscopes and may involve techniques such as nondestructive testing (NDT).
- Produce reports for the quality manager.
- Monitor, when and where necessary, each stage of production.
- Use statistical analysis to make sure that machinery, processes, and products are within tolerance limits.
- To Control all calibration activities for measuring and testing devices.
- Participate in development projects
About you;
- Previous experience in quality would be an advantage, but is not essential
- Experience with calibrating hand inspection equipment would be an advantage
- Computer literacy is essential
- A basic understanding of how to use a spread sheet is essential
