Overview

As a Sales Trainee with Taylor Maxwell & Co Ltd, you will learn the sales process end-to-end, build relationships and shadow our experienced team.

You will have the opportunity to attend customer sites alongside our Sales Team.

Duties

Ensure that the sample room/showroom is tidy, organised, 'up to date' and stocked
Develop and lead the city centre showroom visits and visitors.
Work alongside the yard manager with enquiries and holiday cover
Respond promptly to tender enquires in conjunction with relevant salesperson
Prepare and send out quotes to customers as requested to agreed deadlines
Order and deliver samples as and when required
Source information for the external team
Provide updated information for the website, monitoring specific projects for 'case study' status
Be proactive in organising databases for mailshots and supporting company marketing activities

Skills
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills:

Driving license is required
Good ability in Microsoft Packages
Confident & determined approach
Adapt your communication style
Posses a target driven mindset
High degree of selfmotivation
