Description

We have multiple SEND Learning Support Assistant roles for someone with previous experience working with special needs.

The Role

Ideal SEND Teaching Assistants will be someone who is interested in supporting children with additional needs and has a calm but nurturing personality, adapting environments to meet the children's needs.

You will be expected to:

Enable pupils with SEN to become independent learners.
Encourage the participation of pupils in the social and academic processes of the school.
Assisting with the student's behaviour management and socialemotional development.
Follow the schools' behaviour and safeguarding policies.
Support the Class Teachers with any adapting lessons to allow the children to access their learning.
