Operations Controller based in
Silsoe for a local company.

Salary:
£20,000 increasing to £21,500 after probation

Job Location:
Silsoe, Bedfordshire

Type of Contract:
Permanent, Full time

Hours: 35-hour working week, Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

The role _

As the
Operations Controller, your role will involve the following important duties:

Keep the system up to date.
Chase repairs and get updates on progress.
Keep clients updated on their repairs.
Manage inbound and outbound queries.

The experience required _

As a successful
Operations Controller, you will have the following:

Previous admin and data entry experience.
Customer service experience.
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
Attention to detail.
Good IT skills with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
