Senior IT Business Analyst, hybrid working Lancashire, plus exceptional benefits and work/life balance.


We are seeking a seasoned and highly capable IT Business Analyst to join an innovative and ambitious organisation based in Lancashire.


This is a brand-new role within a talented team, and they are looking for someone to champion Business Analysis activities across a wide range of teams and departments across IT services.

Equally as important is someone who can engage with a wide variety of stakeholders and build rapport.

We are seeking a capable BA who is well versed in process mapping and business process improvement in the context of an Agile working environment.


As a new role within the business, the Senior Business Analyst will help support the next steps in their transformation journey.

This will also allow you to have significant input on the development of their BA function.


The role offers hybrid working working

Key Skills and Background

  • A high degree of demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst in a complex and preferably largescale environment.
  • A proactive approach, with experience of establishing credible working relationships with both technical and business stakeholders and engage in continuous discovery to understand and anticipate business needs.
  • Experience of leading and running workshops for planning and project management as well as process mapping and business process improvement.
  • The postholder will be a natural collaborator with a 'can do' attitude and will naturally strive in a fastpaced environment with changing priorities.
  • Any technical knowledge and experience within the cybersecurity space would be highly advantageous.
  • Experience of stakeholder analysis to identify who will be impacted by new systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
