We are expanding with the opening of new services, and we have some exciting opportunities available across Almond Care Children's Services.

We are looking for passionate forward thinking Team Leaders that share a passion for supporting young people and developing others.

As a Team Leader, you will lead a team within the home to deliver the best possible care to children.

You will identify areas for continuous improvement and adopt a therapeutic approach to care, leading by example. You will champion quality and lead by example to ensure that the home develops and maintains high quality of care,

Are you what Almond Care Children's Services is looking for?

You will integrate as part of the rota, undertaking shifts and sleep-ins as required and will help to organise the rota and tasks for your team.
