We are now looking for a
Groundsman to support our Park Supervisor in maintaining our Development, Royale Dunton Court in Essex.

**Responsibilities will include:
- *

To be responsible for the upkeep of all parks and grounds including grass cutting, strimming, edging and landscaping
To maintain existing and forthcoming Park facilities
To assist with renovation or redecoration projects
To carry out planned maintenance works on Park
To support the Park Supervisor with sourcing local suppliers and tradespeople
To keep up the maintenance of all on site equipment eg., lawnmowers, tools etc
To assisting with the movement of equipment, vehicles, park homes, tools etc around the Park to best respond to needs
To support onsite Contractors when necessary
