Description

£15 per hour, Perth based with the option for 100% office working, or hybrid working, a long term temp contract until
August 2023 with potential extension.

Full time, Mon-Thurs 9-5, Fri 9-4

You'll be a confident Customer Service Advisor with the ability to complaint handle and deal with people from all walks of life.

Day to day:

Dealing with customers in a calm and professional manner
Providing a high standard of customer service, verbal and written
Taking ownership of each customer query
Updating inhouse systems
Liaising with internal teams to follow up on behalf of customers

The successful Customer Service Advisor will possess demonstrable experience working in a
fast paced environment and providing excellent customer service -
complaint handling experience is preferred.
