We are seeking a passionate and motivated Recruitment & Support Lead, responsible for recruiting volunteers and guiding them through the induction process.

The role will involve creating and maintaining a volunteer database, communications and attending events to recruit volunteers.

The role will also support the wider team with coordinating team events, learning opportunities and supporting development of the workforce.

Experience of volunteer recruitment, HR and team development would be beneficial but we are keen to see transferable skills and a positive attitude.
