Description

Our client is looking for an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant to join their team. They are based in Leeds and looking for a confident, bubbly individual to join their team.

What is my day to day duties?
It will be essential to build a strong relationship with your team leaders. You will learn to have a good understanding of recruitment processes and how to manage a varied workload. As a valued member of our team, you will be trained, supported, and developed.

Key responsibilities are:

Deliver effective induction sessions to new apprentices and employers with the business development tea
Ensure that all approved applicants are put forward for the vacancy they have applied for and then for future vacancies if required
Provide employers with recruitment updates and assist them where required
Promote vacancies both internally and externally using different methods
Set up and maintain bespoke electronic filing systems to support the operational management of the organisation
Meeting all procedures and conducting relevant processes to ensure industry codes of ethics and relevant legislation is adhered to at all times
Support any internal and external recruitment events when require
To support the cover of reception as and when required
To support with providing outstanding communication and administrative support for any events and meetings hosted at Springfield Training
To keep updated with all required company policies and operational procedures
Actively contribute to the management of your own development and complete all apprenticeship tasks and objectives on time, including off the job training.

We are looking for an individual who loves to build rapport and relationships with people, someone who is highly organised and motivated with excellent communication skills and a chatty personality.

Working Week:
Monday-Friday

Salary:
£5.28 per hour
(Apprenticeship Minimum Wage)

Requirements for this role:
Maths and English PASS GRADE 4/C OR ABOVE. THIS IS AN ESSTENTIAL REQUIREMENT FOR THIS ROLE AND APPRENTICESHIP.
