We have the perfect role for you We are currently seeking dedicated Security Officers to join our team at Coire Glas Exploratory Works in Kilfinnan, PH34 area.**
Main Duties:
As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment at Coire Glas Exploratory Works.

Your primary responsibilities will include access and egress control, logging in visitors and contractors, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding to incidents as necessary.

Hours
:
On average hours per week, 4 On 4 Off Day, Night & Weekend shifts as per rota am pm / 18.00 pm am.

Pay rate :
£10.90 per hour

Own transport required due to site location.

Skill Base Requirements
-
No prior security licence is required as full training will be provided
:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent observational and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to remain calm and composed in highpressure situations.
Good physical fitness, as the role may involve regular patrolling and standing for extended periods.
Flexible availability to work both day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a visible presence and conduct regular patrols of the site premises.
Control access points, ensuring authorized personnel and vehicles enter and exit in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Verify the identity of visitors and contractors, issuing appropriate identification badges and ensuring compliance with site regulations.
Log all incoming and outgoing individuals, vehicles, and deliveries accurately and promptly.
Monitor CCTV systems and promptly respond to any suspicious activities or security breaches.
Handle any incidents, emergencies, or securityrelated issues professionally and effectively, following established protocols.
Collaborate with team members, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
