An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Estates & Facilities Maintenance Team.

This role focuses on providing a high qualitymaintenace function to provide assurance across a range of Estates & Facilities parameters.

You will be undertaking various assignments in line with the Directorate's maintenance schedule assisting the engineers to provide a good service in line with agreed standards, regulations and legislation.

You will be a key member of the Estates & Facilities Directorate and will help us to achieve our ambition of providing high quality services and facilities to support the delivery of care at the Trust.

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual, with a good standard of education and experience of auditing and monitoring, data collection and interpretation.

You will also have experience of working within a customer focused environment and maintaining effective professional working relationship with internal and external colleagues.

We require a strong team player, who is proactive, flexible, and generous in sharing their knowledge with others, willing to expand their knowledge and skills and has a real commitment to take the quality function forward and contribute to the Directorate's success.

The person appointed will be a suitably experienced Building General Handyman, with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.

They will be able to always perform work with mínimal managerial input.
