We are currently recruiting for Product & Application. Reporting to our Senior Marketing and Customer Care Manager.

The Product and Application Specialist role is a part of the Marketing Team for the UK and Ireland and will own and drive marketing activities to grow and strengthen Radiometer's position for the HemoCue product lines.

The work requires tight collaboration with the marketing and sales organisation.

Internal key points of contacts in daily work includes Marketing Manager, Management Team, Product Managers, Marketing Specialist, Tender Specialist, Sales Team, Finance, Customer Care, Service, and the Workshop.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• developing and executing marketing activities to effectively ensure growth and retention of the HemoCue product lines across UK & Ireland.
• Provide support to complete tenders within the required timeline with "best in class".
• Perform market, competition, and customer surveillance ensuring installed base accuracy and using the data to provide strategic roadmaps and competitor insight for HemoCue.
• Create, implement, and support internal training for new and existing staff and develop methods to benchmark competencies across the organization on a frequent basis throughout each calendar year across product lines collaborating with product managers
• Own internal product management, including technical, regulatory, and marketing initiatives for HemoCue
• Cover for the Tender and CRM Specialist and MarCom Specialist when required.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Ability to work independently and time manage between various tasks -Team player and ability to collaborate across various stake holders
• Time management skills
• Open minded and keen to become involved in multiple projects
• Experience within an NHS setting

Life science degree preferred

• Marketing experience and further education preferred,
