Location:
Working from home with some travel to schools in Essex and Suffolk


Annual Salary:
£35,890 (SCP 29) to £42,057 (SCP 35)


Start date:
As soon as possible


Contract:
Maternity cover contract, fixed term for 12 months

This large and respected Multi-Academy Trust is looking for a dynamic HR Advisor to support their schools across Essex and Suffolk.


Working from home, you'll be part of a school focussed HR team providing information and advice on employee relations, policies, recruitment, contracts and payroll in relation to teaching and support staff.


Experience of supporting managers and current knowledge of employment legislation as well as the Burgundy and Green books are essential.

Travel may be required to school sites occasionally.


You'll have:

  • CIPD Qualified Level 5 or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge about Burgundy and Green Book terms and conditions
  • Good understanding of teaching and support staff pay scales
  • Proven track record in a previous employee relations role
  • Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
