Description
RPS is looking for a Business Support Executive to join our growing Environmental Compliance and Ground Engineering (ECGE) Team.We now require the support of a diligent motivated business support administrator who enjoys working in a dynamic environment to help us deliver and promote a wide range of services across the UK and beyond.

What you'll be doing
You will be a fundamental part of the business support team undertaking varied tasks identified within the Job Description but focusing on:
- Liaising / interfacing with clients
- Maintain current IMS system, audits and being responsible for overall accreditation
- Acting as Health & Safety ambassador, recording and reporting on incidents and accidents and leasing with the Group Health & Safety Officer.
- General administration tasks.
- Supporting with invoicing and day to day management of the team and workloads.
- Support to the Business Support Manager
Who we're looking for
- Have excellent written and communication skills
- Experienced with maintaining IMS systems
- Be a competent user of Microsoft office, in particular word, power point, outlook.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
- Be a team player.
