A4 Plus are a CAD Design Consultancy based in March Cambridgeshire. We offer outsourced design solutions and technical recruitment services to companies across the UK. We are a small but successful business, that has been operating for 33 years.
The Job
We are looking for an office administrator to join us on a part-time or full-time basis to support some of the vital functions of the business.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Ordering Supplies for the business
- Assisting with document management, and electronic filing.
- Assisting with Operations projects
- General Administration
- Sending Marketing correspondence.
- Assisting Recruitment Department with finding suitable applicants/general recruitment admin.
The Person
We are looking for a computer literate, well organised individual, with strong administrative skills.
A friendly manner, and positive attitude is must.
Salary - £19,760 - £21,673.60 per annum (Pro Rata if part time)
