Our Newmarket based Pharmaceuticals Client have been growing year on year and are in the process of increasing their head count across multiple departments.

The Accounts Payable Officer (Hybrid) will join a transactional team of 5 reporting directly intoan experienced Finance Manager, and will responsible for all things accounts payable.


Client Details

Description
The Accounts Payable Officer (Hybrid) will be responsible for:

  • Issuing remittance and advice notes
  • Payment runs
  • Timely response to payment queries
  • Inputting invoices to the Purchase Ledger
  • Manual generation for PO'S
  • Checking delivery notes
  • Maintenance of cash books
  • Calculation and approval of expenses
  • Payment of staff expenses

Profile

The Accounts Payable Officer (Hybrid) will:

  • Have previous experience working within a finance department
  • Will be able to commute to Milton Keynes 3 days per week
  • Be able to work to multiple deadlines accurately
  • Be IT literate
  • Have previous experience working with ledgers
  • Have strong numeracy skills
