Robert Half are exclusively partnering with a global UK Asset Manager, based in Central London.We are working with this business to hire their newly created Human Resources (HR) Generalist position, who will work in partnership with the Head of Human Resourcesacross the full HR remit, with an emphasis on learning and development (L&D) and training and competencies (T&C's).
This role is a great opportunity for someone that wishes to work in an established firm but small HR team, with full autonomy and lot's of developmentopportunities.
Human Resources (HR) Generalist Responsibilities:
- Review and manage compliance documents
- Organise mandatory and non mandatory training, to ensure continuous education as a business. Especially for regulatory changes
- Understand skill gaps within the business and suggest recruits to improve this
- Implement an onboarding and orientation system
- Handle any queries that come through from the business and give advice
- Be a main source of knowledge for all things in relations to compliance and regulatory information
Human Resources (HR) Generalist Personal Specification:
- Must have extremely strong regulatory knowledge and demonstrated experience
- Must have experience in L&D or T&C's
- A background in financial services is a must
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, with stakeholder management experience
