About the team
This team focuses on enhancing overall office operations/services, events, team community initiatives and programmes. They look to enhance the overall work-life of individuals, which optimize our business results and internal office experience.
Responsibility

Manage the portfolio of priority global projects and programmes, ensure the global workplace teams are well organised and equipped to execute and collaborate in order to meet business goals.
Work partner with and support the global administration leader, manage crossfunctional and crossregional projects and contribute to global projects within a matrixed global structure.
Continuously diagnose and identify pain points in operational efficiency, business opportunities and drive plans to address.
Assist in the development of internal executable improvement plan, define and optimise operating models, ensure the improvement plan landed.

Qualifications:

Qualification

Strong data literacy and data driven insights/proposals
Coordinating corporate functions in a highly complex environment (multinational preferred)
Pragmatic optimistic with a strong bias for action
3+ years experience (preferred)
