Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with information, assistance, and support regarding our products/services.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information about products or services to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the problem and providing appropriate solutions
  • Up sell products or services to customers when applicable
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience

Requirements:


  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment

Salary:
From £25,653.08 per year
