We have an exciting opportunity to join our fast growing, well-established company, to contribute to our vision of delivering great service, advice, and support to both our staff and clients.
Whilst we are ideally looking for someone who has experience in temporary recruitment or the healthcare industry, it is more important that you have the capabilities and mindset to be able to work in a small team delivering great service to our clients.
This can be a fast-paced, busy environment, so as well as your regular tasks, you will need to be flexible enough to step in and support your colleagues when needed.

To work closely with our account managers and clients, we are hoping to find an exceptional individual to join us in our busy Gloucester office.
You will need to have the drive to manage a team of healthcare professionals, matching them to various assignments required by our clients.
Experience managing a team would be an advantage, having an organised and motivated outlook is essential.Main Responsibilities
While promoting and retaining our company ethos and guaranteed service levels, the role includes:
- Efficiently manage and schedule appointments for our clients, demonstrating utmost accuracy and precision.
- Exhibit punctuality in all aspects of work, ensuring appointments are booked and managed in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate dynamic and proactive traits to swiftly adapt to changes, optimise processes, and provide innovative solutions.
- Welcoming, mentoring and guiding new care team members into our systems
- Compiling and maintaining sales records
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Monitoring and reporting booking and retention levels
- Participation in our oncall rota this includes a minimum of 2 weeknight each week
- Previous experience in this role preferred but is not essential as full training will be given to the right person
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of caregivers, guiding them towards success.
- Proficient computer skills and experience with booking software, ensuring precise recordkeeping and efficient appointment management.
- Exceptional punctuality and time management skills to ensure appointments are flawlessly scheduled.
- Dynamic and proactive mindset, capable of identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- A strong organisational, people facing work history is essential
- An understanding of agency recruitment would be an advantage
- The ability to work in a pressured environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills to form and nurture relationships with care home managers and other relevant stakeholders.
