Up to £34,000

What you'll do
You'll play a crucial role in providing an excellent customer service to the residents of Riverside Housing properties.

You can plan and organise your work to safely achieve maximum efficiency and deliver excellent results on a consistent basis.

The successful applicant will manage the experience of customers to ensure positive relationships are established and maintained.

What we're looking for

Essential skills and experience:

A minimum of NVQ Level 2 in an associated building craft
A full UK driving licence held for at least 1 year

You'll also need your own tools and be able to demonstrate a high level of customer care.

Ideally, you will have previously worked in a social housing environment.

For this role, we require that you will be clean shaven for Health & Safety purposes.
