£21, £23,715.00 per annum


College of Science & Engineering / School of Engineering

Full-time: 35 hours per week

Fixed-term: for 2 years
The School of Engineering seeks to appoint a Research Institute Services Administrative Assistant (RIS AA). This position will report to the Research Institute Services (RIS) Team Leader within the School of Engineering.


The Opportunity:


The appointee will work as part of a team of seven providing administrative support for the seven Research Institutes, over 15 buildings within the School of Engineering.

The successful applicant will have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a busy environment. They should be able to work on their own initiative as well as being an active team member. A flexible approach to their work and the ability to meet deadlines is essential.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customerfocused approach.
