The School of Engineering seeks to appoint a Research Institute Services Administrative Assistant (RIS AA). This position will report to the Research Institute Services (RIS) Team Leader within the School of Engineering.
The Opportunity:
The appointee will work as part of a team of seven providing administrative support for the seven Research Institutes, over 15 buildings within the School of Engineering.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customerfocused approach.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, solve problems and show initiative.
