Exciting new opportunity as a Customer Service Team Leader within an established and forever growing Umbrella Payroll business managing a small team in Watford.


  • Experience successfully managing, leading, developing and coaching a team
  • The ability to work within a fastpaced environment
  • The drive and flexibility to manage large amounts outbound calls
  • Great initiative and the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Good level of IT skills and experience with Microsoft
This role is hybrid, mostly working from home - two days in the office


It would be great if you have experience working within an Umbrella company so that you have an understanding, but there is training available if not.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
