To provide general administrative support to the service Attending meetings as required taking and transcribing minutes within locally agreed timescales.
To deal effectively with all incoming and outgoing correspondence Monitoring and ordering of consumables Diary management of senior management team Answering phone calls into the department Support in the coordination of divisional meetings, taking minutes and circulating meeting papers Work closely with the Clinical Research Facility Operational Manager (and other members of the management team as required) to support the collection, maintenance and quality assurance of core research study data on the EDGE database through liaison with researchers and research delivery staff Provide support in the production of associated reports for divisional research performance oversightMore jobs from Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust
