Business Change Manager - £70-80,000 + package - Hybrid
Our client is a leading Transportation business.

Their newly formed Transformation Office is looking for a Business Change Manager to play a key part in their new technology & business transformation programmes, developing and delivering organisation readinessand operating model change and activities as part of wider Organisational Readiness portfolio.

You will help to ensure that it delivers on their transformation goals and ensure they are aligned to the new operating model.


The role:

Reporting into the Head of Change, you will be responsible for:

  • Management of end-to-end change projects and initiatives
  • Creating and implementing change management strategies and plans
  • Driving changes to operating model to deliver capabilities required at key milestones in their corporate and business plans.
  • Management, facilitation, and support to cross functional teams to design and deliver key capability uplifts, including direct support and coaching to all levels of managers as they help their people through change and transition.
  • Application of structured methodologies and change management processes and tools to create change adoption strategies.
  • Assessment of change impact, change readiness and identification of key stakeholders.
In order to be considered for this role, you will have the following experience:

  • Experience of delivering operating model change particularly planning and implementing the roll out and embedding governance and project management processes and ways of working.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools and solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
  • Ability to think strategically, to connect challenges/opportunities and incorporate them into specific, tactical change plans.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen, engage and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to use a range of tools to facilitate both virtual and face to face sessions.
